Pleasantly smooth, medium bodied with a clean finish. The nutty, light-medium body with medium acidity will leave you with flavors of nuts, biscotti, apple, apricot, raspberry, raisins, blueberry. Grown on the Padilla and Doblado family farms in the Siguatepeque region of Honduras.
