By partnering with HOPE Coffee, you regularly hear stories and see pictures of the lives that are being changed because of your partnership. HOPE Coffee is also a great way to make World Missions a more practical action that you, your family, your church or your business can participate in every day.

You make a huge difference in the life of the farmer who grew it.

HOPE Coffee purchases beans from farmers in Honduras, Mexico and Guatemala at a higher than fair-trade rate. Because of this, the farmers are able to hire additional help, providing more jobs for families in their villages. By staying in regular contact with the farmers, we are able to provide for them and the people they hire as needs arise. Further, the farmers are able to continue developing their farms, knowing that we will continue to purchase beans from them every season.

You help fund the nonprofit organization, Create Hope.

Create Hope oversees the servant-evangelism projects funded by your purchase of HOPE Coffee by working directly with Abelardo and Carlos, leaders of HOPE Coffee’s National Ministry Team. Your purchases help fund projects that meet basic needs of water, shelter and education while sharing the gospel. Abelardo and Carlos work with pastors throughout Mexico and Honduras who want to help families in their communities who do not yet know Jesus. The pastors, along with church members, have close contact with these families throughout the projects.

You ensure that families receive safe shelter, clean water and education.

Families throughout Honduras and Mexico receive filters for clean water or new homes as a result of these projects. Long after the project is complete, the local church continues to minister to these families, encouraging them in their walk with the Lord. Create Hope also regularly supports Lan Vwa School in Joconal, Guatemala for children of coffee farmers. Children of the very coffee farmers and workers who grow HOPE Coffee’s Guatemalan line have access to pre-school, as well as continued education past 6th grade. Most families in Guatemala – especially families of coffee growers – cannot afford school beyond 6th grade. Your purchase is funding a Christ-centered education, clean water, and safe shelter for families in need. They are also learning about the HOPE found in Jesus Christ.
