Child Nutrition in Rwanda

​​Baby Zawadi, who lost her mother at birth, is thriving under the care of her grandmother. After the death of her mother, Zawadi received formula and her grandmother received vital support from the Kinsley Blake Hanner Health Post at Rwanda Children – one of the many clinics supported through CompassionTea.

The Fight Against Malnutrition Program, which includes providing infant formula, is a vital resource for children in Rwanda. Families are eligible for this program if they have more than one child born at the same time, a mother with health issues, or families without the means to work.
